you're paying for a configured solution, not exclusive ownership of the building blocks. exclusivity over a specific component is a separate conversation and a different price.
by default, when i post about a build publicly — charts, screenshots, methodology breakdowns, results posts — i do so anonymously. your handle, name, account, and identifying details stay out of it.
if you'd like to be tagged or named, you can opt in. opting in is reversible — tell me to stop and i will. posts already published won't be retroactively scrubbed.
use it. trade with it. modify it for yourself if you have the raw file. don't turn around and sell it.
the intake doc and scope agreement we sign at the start are the source of truth. if something isn't covered there, we figure it out in good faith.
if you violate the redistribution terms above and i have to revoke access to a protected script, i will. that's why protected scripts exist.
you get a tool built for how you trade. i keep the right to keep building. your name stays private unless you say otherwise. don't resell my work.
